Even in the high season, The Black Stallion is a good value, with rates averaging less than $100 per guest per night (assuming double occupancy in each bedroom).

**The Black Stallion is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a limited time, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property at no additional charge. A $250 value! No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for a fee per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. The schedule of fees is as follows:

April 1 – April 15: $2,000 per week (or the equivalent per day)
April 16 – April 29: $1,500 per week (or the equivalent per day)
May 1 – September 30: $1,000 per week (or the equivalent per day)
October 1 – October 15: $1,500 per week (or the equivalent per day)
October 16 – November 1: $2,000 per week (or the equivalent per day)

This pool is heated by a gas heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

*Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day Weekend and closing the second weekend of October. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Corolla Beach and Currituck National Wildlife Refuge.
