Knot Home is a premier 16-bedroom oceanfront estate designed for large gatherings, located in the exclusive Pine Island Club Community of Corolla. The property hosts an extensive resort-style outdoor area, including a large private pool with a bar and poolside cabana, a hot tub, and a fire pit, and it provides a private walkway directly to the oceanfront beach. Guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean-to-sound views from numerous comfortable outdoor living spaces, including open decks and covered porches. With an elevator providing easy access to all 16 private bathroom suites, this property is perfect for your wedding, family reunion or even a company retreat! Premium linens and bed-making services are included for every stay.

Premium Linens are provided with beds made for all arriving guests. Guests of this home also receive reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club, and for a discounted fee, use of the Pine Island Racquet Club and Fitness Center.

This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
