The basic reservation covers simple lodging only. As this is a short-term rental, only registered guests are permitted to enter the home.
Gatherings of any kind are considered extensive use and will incur a premium rate. Unauthorized events or additional visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
To ensure accurate pricing and proper preparation for your visit, please make sure that all guests are included in your reservation. Unreported guests may result in access restrictions to certain areas of the property and additional charges.
For the safety and comfort of everyone, only registered guests are allowed access to our home unless prior arrangements have been made. Pricing is structured according to the number of guests. Any extensive use, including events, gatherings, or celebrations, will incur separate charges.
