On site 3 person hot tub and sauna. 9 foot shuffle board and fully equipped for entertaining. Easy walk to the top of Mingus Park with wooded trails. Enjoy all that Coos Bay has to offer when you stay at our place. Three full closeted bedrooms. Master has King bed off of bathroom and fold down full sofa bed. Down stairs bedrooms include Queen with adjacent sunroom/office/workout space and second kids room with bunk beds (Twin over Full). Kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10 and dinning table seats 8 easy. Kids play / game room off the main living room which has ample seating for board games and 9 foot shuffle board table. Finish sauna down stairs and hot tub on the back deck with grill. High capacity washer and dryer on site.
Garage has room for two cars plus room for two cars to park in the driveway. Street parking in front of house. Very close to downtown and walking distance to the top of Mingus Park with access to disc golf, nature trails and brisk walk to downtown. The house is less than a mile from the hospital which makes it great for traveling nurses or medical providers.
