Stay in the center of the city in this spacious and unique house with expansive cultivated gardens that bloom year-round. 4 old growth magnolia trees, rhododendrons, azaleas, long list of botanicals all throughout the yard cultivated by prior owner who owned a nursery.

Your room is down the hall past the restroom, straight at the end of the hall. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, bay window seating areas, yard, garage

Please check out the expansive backyard, feel free to use the living room TV, and sitting area nooks are great for reading!

We have our dedicated team ready to respond to any needs you have via message in the app, the host is available for emergencies via the messages or phone if need be unless already on-site.

There will sometimes be someone at the house though also not. This may be the hosts or other guests who have been shown to be responsible with positive reviews as well. When there’s others there is a well-behaved (friendly with people, kids, other dogs, etc) husky who will likely be on-site.

Any long-term stays (over 2 days) we cannot offer a refund after booking.
THESE ARE OUR HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE PREMISES. IF SMOKING IS DETECTED, GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A $300 FINE AND THEIR RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED.

2. NO PARTYING ALLOWED (FINE OF $500)

3. PETS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT; A $250 FINE WILL BE APPLIED IF Caught WITH UNAUTHORIZED PET or excessive pet fur/dirt from pet.

4. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (to avoid cancellation, all occupants must be listed on the reservation).

5. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 p.m. TO 7:00 a.m.

Please do your dishes. If shoes are worn inside dust them off on mats outside. Respect privacy and atmosphere of the house as will yours be respected. Do not lock the bottom handle lock on the front door as it locks out other tenants. Make sure to properly dispose of food. Excess dirt, debris, fur and damages will result in an additional fee depending on the severity.

Located in Coos Bay, this hotel is in the city center and near the beach. Coos Bay Boardwalk and Watson Ranch Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Coos Historical & Maritime Museum and Books by the Bay. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.
