Originally run as a family-owned motor inn for 50+ years, the two property buildings were converted to what Cooperstown locals refer to as "camps," or cottages (aka summer lake homes).

The property consists of TWO buildings:

Things to Note:
- All Cottage 2 bedrooms are upstairs
- All Cottage 2 main entrances to bedrooms open to an outdoor terrace with railing (see photos)
- In Cottage 2, the stairs to go upstairs are attached to the building and fully enclosed from outdoor elements, but not physically inside the main living areas (you have to go outside to access the stairs, though it's all covered overhead)

Located in Cooperstown, this vacation home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. National Baseball Hall of Fame is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Otsego Lake and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Barnyard Swing Miniature Golf and Rookie's Craft House are also worth visiting.
