This newly (almost completely) renovated home is just minutes away from CrossFit Mayhem and about a mile from Tennessee Tech University. With 3 bedrooms (5 beds), 1 bathroom, a covered patio with patio furniture, this home can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Features all new fixtures, dressers, collapsable workstation, Nespresso coffee machine, smart thermostat, and 3 Amazon Fire TV's.

The space:

Kitchen: Is newly remodeled to meet all your needs. It has a traditional coffee maker.

Dining Room: Is newly remodeled to accompany six guests at the table. It has a Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a printer that should be connected to the WiFi for easy of printing from any device.

Living Room: Has a large TV (that should be connected to the WiFI). Two end tables with extra plugins (regular and USB) for your devices. The lights are touch sensitive. The couch can sit 4-5 persons. The front entrances is attached and has a corner stand for you to place items. Also located in this space is a coat rack.

Bedroom 1: Has a queen mattress, dresser, two night stands, closet with hangers, and a standing mirror. This room also has a TV that should be connected to the WiFi so all you need to do is login to your favorite platform to watch.

Bedroom 2: Has a full day bed and a twin trundle. It also has a folding desk with a folding chair. The TV has an HDMI cable for you to connect for multiple screens. In the closet is the pack-n-play for your little one(s) and a booster seat for your little ones to sit at the dining room table with you. This room also has a dresser with a hanging mirror above it and two nights stands. The TV should be connected to the WiFi so all you need to do is login to your favorite platform to watch.

Bedroom 3: Has two twin beds, a dresser with a hanging mirror above it, and two night stands.

Bathroom: Has all new fixtures. It also has a body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the shower/tub.

The Patio: Is covered with a patio table with two chairs and a two seat bench. Fireplace soon to come.

By the end of 2023 or in 2024 we hope to have a fence surrounding the entire back yard for your privacy and enjoyment.

Cookeville is home to this vacation home. Cookeville Performing Arts Center and Cookeville History Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Golden Eagle Golf Club and White Plains Golf Course.
