The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is downstairs. To access the bedrooms downstairs you need to walk through the garage. Which is part of this listing.
We have a 3 car garage and plenty of driveway parking, please only park in front of our house. Do not block the driveway at any time.

- Leave the house as you found it, any damage will be reported to Airbnb.
-Kids must be watched at all times as we are by a creek.
- The property is located in a very safe area on a private lane, and for additional guest safety, the outside of the property is monitored by cameras. They are located by the front door and driveway
There are no cameras inside the house.
Concord is home to this vacation home. Concord Pavilion and Willows Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ghost Golf Indoor Miniature Golf and Brenden Theaters Concord 14. Markham Regional Arboretum and Pixieland are also worth visiting.
