Welcome to our cozy and modern 3-bedroom home nestled in a serene and secure neighborhood! With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, our home promises a delightful stay for families or friends seeking comfort and convenience.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Concord, which is located about 30-45 minutes east of San Francisco. The single story home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can sleep up to six.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
All three bedrooms are equipped with plush queen sized beds to ensure a comfortable night`s rest. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bathroom is in the hallway. Both bathrooms have basic amenities that include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

KITCHEN:
Step inside to discover a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking supplies, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you`re whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a gourmet dinner, our kitchen is the perfect place for you. We also have a coffee bar with a Keurig machine and some K cups.

OFFICE:
For those mixing business with pleasure, we offer a dedicated office space where you can stay productive while away from home. Complete with high-speed internet and a quiet atmosphere, you`ll have everything necessary to tackle those work tasks efficiently.

BACKYARD:
Enjoy your morning coffee or an al fresco dinner in our backyard. We also have some fruit trees that guests are welcome to pick from if they are in season.

Conveniently located near restaurants, parks, and grocery stores, our home ensures easy access to all the essentials. Whether you`re craving a delicious meal, seeking outdoor adventures, or simply restocking your pantry, everything you need is just a stone`s throw away.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the backyard.

HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: Neighborhood quiet time is from 10pm - 7am.
- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 6 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Failure to observe any of the House Rule above will result in a minimum $250 fine.

PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.

If you`d like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.

Concord is home to this vacation home. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord and Markham Regional Arboretum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit The Veranda and Sunvalley Shopping Center. Pixieland and Pixieland Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
