Tucked away, on the mountain top in Canyon Oaks Subdivision, this will definitely give you the ultimate Frio River vacation. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath, plus casita has an open concept living that is drenched in sunlight. The dining room overlooks the pool area, giving you the tranquility you need. The additional space in the Casita will give you and your guest a separate living area, providing a master bedroom plus full bathroom, and additional sleeping space in the living area. You will be able to look out the back and enjoy the overlook of the Frio Canyon area. Providing plenty of sitting space for relaxation to look out over the pool and serene mountain scenery. The deck will definitely be the perfect spot to enjoy the perfect sunset and sunrise. Where every start of the day feels like you are touching the sun and the end of the day feels like you are saying good bye to an old friend. For the grill master there's a a charcoal smoker for you and your family to enjoy. Fun for the entire family starts with board games, corn hole, darts, and giant Jenga. This retreat is for the guest who seeks an outstanding resort-style vacation experience. This home will give you sanctuary, you'll find staying here a perfect day in the Pura Vida.

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation.
To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
