Welcome to Prost Post @Frio River Resorts!
Located on hole #1 of the Frio Valley Ranch golf course, Prost Post offers a ton of amenities guaranteed to delight your group. Featuring a synthetic turf outdoor lounge area with fire pit and grill, swimming pool with deck entry, an outdoor cabana with television, and a separate game room with ping pong table and an arcade console, everyone in your group will be entertained!
When you're ready to tuck in for the night, you'll have your choice of sleeping accommodations. Sleeping up to 30, Prost Post offers 5 bedrooms total, with 2 bedrooms inside the main part of the house and 3 exterior bedrooms with individual entry connected by a breezeway. Inside, 1 bedroom will have a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, and the other will have 1 king bed. Outside, 1 room will have 2 queen beds, 1 room will have 2 queen beds and then a set of queen bunk beds, and the 3rd room will have 3 sets of queen bunk beds.

Bedroom 1 (exterior bedroom) – sleeps 4 – 2 queen beds
Bedroom 2 (exterior bedroom) – sleeps 8 – 2 queen beds, 1 set of queen bunk beds
Bedroom 3 (exterior bedroom) – sleeps 12 – 3 sets of queen bunk beds
Bedroom 4 – sleeps 2 – 1 king bed
Bedroom 5 – sleeps 4 – 1 king, 1 twin bed with twin trundle
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).
TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).
PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
We will provide a list of additional "what to bring" items after your booking payment is received.
Located in Sabinal, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Concan Golf Course and Country Club and Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Garner State Park and Frio River.
