Welcome to Midtown Magic! This two-unit home sleeps up to 23 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the back unit has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Conveniently located just minutes from Lake Bottom Park, the Botanical Gardens, Coca-Cola Space Science Center, downtown, and Fort Moore. The Space:
The front porch welcomes you to the main home, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Inside, the living room offers a large Smart TV, two sofas (including a queen sleeper), and extra seating. The dining area has a large table with bench seating and additional chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

The main house sleeps up to 17 guests in five bedrooms: two queens, two fulls, and three kings. There are three full shared bathrooms.

The back unit is accessed via stairs and a secure digital keypad. It includes a living room with two futons that sleeps two people each, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with all essentials.

The backyard features a charcoal grill and a swing set for kids.

A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The outdoor spaces and parking will be shared with the guests in the back unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, 2.5Miles from Downtown Columbus; driveway can fit 3 cars.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Located in Columbus, this vacation home is in the city center. Columbus Historic District and Lower Twentieth Street Residential Historic District are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Godwin Creek Golf Course and Bowlero Columbus.
