The Space:

***Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions. ***
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious and well-lit living room. Off the living room is a dining area, kitchen, and laundry area. The kitchen has an access door going to the backyard and the carport. Walkthrough on the left of the kitchen, you will see the master bedroom with a full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. NOTE: the jets on the tub do not work. Please do not try to use them! The master bedroom also has an access door going to the backyard. Three other bedrooms and a bathroom can be seen when you walk in the hallway from the main entrance found on the left side.

We have an outdoor pool, a covered patio with a table and chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. A half bathroom can be found near the pool area.
NOTE: Our pool is serviced every Monday and Friday. Occasionally, leaves and other debris may fall in the pool before your arrival. We supply a net to clean these out so that you can enjoy the pool to its fullest. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

This house is located in a residential area near major highways, shopping centers, and leisure parks! Only a few minutes away from Northside Medical Center, Columbus Botanical Garden, Heath Park, dining options, and more!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
