This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so the home is best suited for families and respectful groups. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends. Upon booking this property, guests agree to the listed rules and waivers.

Smoking:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property; this is strictly prohibited. Cleaning and damages due to smoke will result in fees to the guest.

Pool & Safety Waiver Acknowledgement:
This property includes a private pool. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times. No diving, no glass near the pool, no running, and swimming while intoxicated is not advised. No Pets in the pool. By booking, guests agree to follow all pool rules and accept responsibility for themselves and their guests.

Pet Clause:
Pets are welcome with paid pet fee. Dogs only, maximum 2 pets. Pets must be house-trained, kept off beds and furniture, and crated if left alone. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste from the yard. Excessive pet hair, stains, odors, damage, or waste left behind may result in additional charges.

External cameras are installed for safety of guests.
