La Maisonette is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located in North East Columbia near Sandhill with quick easy access to I-77 and I-20. Shopping and eateries along with FortJackson , downtown, and Shaw are easily accessible. This house is Perfect for anyone visiting Columbia for a game, graduation, or work. As a former military family, we understand
the struggle of waiting for housing; please contact us if you are a military family waiting of housing.
This is a quaint 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home.
The downstairs is an open concept dining and family room with an island separating the kitchen, which makes it perfect to enjoy time with family and friends. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.
The kitchen has all the supplies needed, including instant pot and slow cooker, for making delicious homemade meals. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of shopping within a mile of this home.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There's a shared spacious bathroom by the two queen guest bedrooms, a private laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer, and a big private bathroom and a walk in closet in the master bedroom.
MAIN FEATURES:
2 smart Roku enabled TVs with Netflix, Disney plus, and Hulu (1 in the upstairs living room and 1 in the family room). There is also a smart TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy free WIFI.
OUTSIDE:
The front and back yard is great for children to play or just hangout.
No party on the property, but small family gatherings are fine upon request.
The number of guests should be the same as what is on your reservation. There is a fee for each additional guest
No smoking on premises; It will result on a $500 fine.
Do not tamper with or otherwise disable smoke detectors.
All items on the property must remain on the property.
Columbia is home to this vacation home. Riverbanks Zoo and Garden and The Woodlands Golf & Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sesquicentennial State Park and Polo Road Ball Park.
