You'll enter this newly constructed home through the beautiful custom wooden doors. This unique home has a style all its own, we call it "LUXURY". Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home boasts open concept living with huge glass patio doors that bring the outside in. Ranch style living at its best with everything you need on one level. The home's rear deck is huge and perfect for entertaining, the yard is nestled into the trees with Garnier Creek running through the back yard, with a bridge leading you onto the 3rd fairway of the Meadow Lake Golf Course.
The home welcomes you into its beautiful dream kitchen, with custom tile, quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, a massive island with lots extra seating that opens up to the great room and the outside deck. Off of the great room on one side of the home is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, stunning custom tile work and a fireplace. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the great room, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both have ensuite bathrooms again all custom tile work. There's also a designated office space which can also house a queen Aero Bed if needed.
The oversized deck looks out to the trees, Garnier Creek and the 3rd fairway of the golf course. Quiet and serene with plenty of deer passing through the property. There's a two-car garage attached for your use and plenty of parking in the large driveway.

We have the Meadow Lake Bar and Grill, Meadow Lake Golf Course, Eagles Nest Patio Snack Bar, Meadow Lake Spa for massages and facials, all of these are open to the public.
There are also fantastic walking and biking in the neighborhood and Nordic Cross-Country skiing in the winter. If you are an early riser, take a nice walk around the golf course and enjoy the wildlife.
