Parents can relax with a fresh cup of provided Keurig Starbucks & Costco coffees while the kids play safely out front or in the shaded/fenced backyard (50% covered by tall pines, beautiful year-round). Kids can be kids in Columbia Falls, and play freely outside.

A detached, shop includes secure parking, workbench, bikes (with helmets for all ages), and a keypad entry for peace of mind. There's even a second gravel driveway that fits a full-size truck and 30-foot trailer with ease on opposite side of house.
