Relax with the whole family at this peaceful four-bedroom home. With a bunk room, second bedroom, bathroom downstairs you can easily adapt the space to your group's needs.
The back yard allows for lots of outdoor dining and grilling space, games on the year-round green lawn and sitting around the fire in the evening. The hot tub provides a relaxing place to unwind after your day of adventures. With the airport only 20 minutes away, this is a convenient spot for your visit to the Springs.
The space
This four bedroom house located centrally in the greater Colorado Springs area. Upstairs provides a King room, queen room, bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, living/dining room and kitchen. This level has open access to the back yard, giving easy flow in and out. This is where you will find the grill, games, seating areas, fire pit and the 2-4 person hot tub.
Downstairs you'll find another queen room, bunk room, second bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the second living room/movie room, complete with 70 inch flatscreen. This is a great space for movie watching, game playing or a hang out for the kids. There is also a utility with washer/dryer for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests will access the property via the August smartlock app. Details of this will be sent to you on booking. Should you have any questions regarding this process once you book, there will be clear instructions on it's use and this can be accessed remotely by the host should any issues arise.
Other things to note
Beautiful Colorado hiking, parks, and bluffs nearby at Palmer Park. Palmer Park is perfect for day hikes, city line views, sunset views, running, and wildlife spotting, and it has a fantastic mountain view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods! All this is located within a 6-minute drive. If horseback riding is of interest, try taking a lesson at nearby horseback riding stables in Palmer Park.
The nearest golf course is located only 8 minutes away, Cherokee Golf Course and 10 minutes to Colorado Springs Country club, and a few minutes further to Patty Jewett Golf Course. Horseback riding is also available in Garden of the Gods park.
You are also, located 5 minutes from major restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, national gym facilities, and large shopping centers. Arrival from out of state is easy with a short 18-minute drive or Uber ride from the Colorado Springs Airport. There is off-street parking at the house of your convenience.
On entry, you will be greeted with a welcome pack complete with an information folder, giving you details of all the adventures, dining locations, and services on your doorstep.
Village Seven, a neighborhood in Colorado Springs, is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain State Park, while Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway are popular area attractions. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Pikes Peak Center or Broadmoor World Arena. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking, rock climbing, and horse riding in the area.
