Welcome to the Cañon Retreat! Our gorgeous custom home offers truly one of the best views in Colorado Springs from the comfort of a well-designed, contemporary space. Feel a world apart, immersed in nature, yet just a mile from the famous, world-renowned Broadmoor and 10 minutes from downtown.

This home is an architectural masterpiece with an innovative interior design that utilizes floor to ceiling glass and a 10’ by 20’ folding door opening for a truly majestic indoor/outdoor living experience. Unrestricted, dramatic views, and all of this beautiful living space within thousands of acres of hiking in open space literally right out the back door.
Relax in front of the grand fireplace in the spacious, open living room. Gather with those you love around the large dining table or whip up a delicious meal in this spacious kitchen. Feeling a bit like escaping? Retire to one of the many thoughtfully designed and more secluded spaces in the home. Climb up to the lofted reading nook or sneak off to the deluxe master suite.
The master suite is truly its own getaway with Colorado aspens, reclaimed fir beams and vintage fixtures adorning a relaxing, beautiful space. Make yourself a cup of tea or pour a glass of wine and enjoy it in front of your private fireplace. Soak in the Japanese-style soaking tub in the en suite bathroom or step outside through your private sliding glass doors and enjoy the incredible Cheyenne Canyon beauty from your 6 person hot tub.
For the little ones, a kids' suite, designed entirely with them in mind: lofted beds to sleep 6 (2 full beds on the bottom and 2 twin beds on top) , kid lounging and TV area, books, games and their own bath and shower.
This house offers the best of Colorado living. Enjoy the absolutely incredible views from the 1, 200 sq ft wrap around deck with outdoor kitchen and grill. And if you want to get out into the nature that surrounds you, hike and/or bike on the trails leading from the back door. Also close, just down the hill, less than a quarter mile is Stratton Open Space where you can hike or mountain bike that extensive trail system. Whatever you chose to do, this house delivers.

Located in Broadmoor, a neighborhood in Colorado Springs, this vacation home is next to a golf course and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at The Broadmoor Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods, while Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Manitou and Pike's Peak Railway are popular area attractions. Traveling with kids? Consider World Figure Skating Museum and Millibo Art Theatre. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking, hiking, and cycling nearby.
