The fully equipped kitchen beckons, offering ample seating for delightful family gatherings and corporate gatherings alike. Unwind in the cozy living room, thoughtfully equipped with a Smart TV and a warm, inviting fireplace.
Ascending to the upper level, the master bedroom offers a full bathroom and a Smart TV. Two more elegantly appointed bedrooms feature a king-sized bed and a bunk bed with a trundle, all with full-sized mattresses. An additional full bathroom upstairs ensures the utmost comfort for all guests.
The basement transforms into an entertainment haven, boasting a ping pong table and another Smart TV. The basement bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the adjacent bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
