2 bedroom/1 bath private garden cottage, sleeps up to 5. We're located in a friendly, established neighborhood, just across from the Historic Old North End District.
Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Full access to our backyard garden oasis, including private deck w/ gas BBQ grill, and fire pit, outdoor seating/dining, artistic/creative space full of great vibes and a view of the Peak! Beautiful and enjoyable during any season! Comfortable and clean living area stocked with games, movies, and fun! Short and long term rental possible depending upon availability. Please no smoking inside.
Super clean, super comfortable, fresh towels and bed linens always provided with the option of a linen change for stays over 2 nights.
Great access to Colorado College (2 blocks) & Downtown Colorado Springs! Less than a 10 minute drive to Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs shops and entertainment, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Bear Creek Dog Park. And approximately 20 minutes to Seven Falls, Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cog Railway and the gateway to Pikes Peak, and the Air Force Academy. Great hiking, biking, and strolling nearby.
