Since 2022, lots of updates/maintenance- restuccoed and painted, new fence, yard work, outdoor hanging lights, painting, etc! TVs in the main room and master bedroom. Both beds are queen-sized, memory foam mattresses.
Stay in an artist's house. Original art surrounds you in this pristine 1950s-style house. Original hardwood floors to the click-open cabinets. The unique elements of the house are mixed with a remodeled bathroom, kitchen with granite countertops, all new windows, etc.
DOG FRIENDLY! Includes doggie door and a fully fenced LARGE yard.
The space
A 1.2-mile walk to downtown Colorado Springs or a 5-minute Uber, ride places you right in the center of one of the most desirable areas. The huge backyard, equipped with a BBQ grill, will have you ready to enjoy the CO outdoors.
Perfect space for being in the center of it all.
Two blocks north of Memorial Park, home of the second largest 4th of July fireworks display in the start of Colorado, The Fallen Firefighters Memorial, Labor Day Lift Off, and dozens of other events.

A doggie door for you and your 4-legged family member. The doggie door is located in the storm door so there is an option for the opening to be open or closed.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, off-street parking, a third of an acre of fully fenced-in backyard, etc. Only two of the three bedrooms are included. The third is locked as an owner's room for storage and cleaning supplies.

As an individual responsible for client happiness in my full-time profession, I'm happy to make suggestions or just ensure the space is set up perfectly for you in advance.
Other things to note
For guests staying longer than one week, the house will be professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

Audrey’s home is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. This block and the block south are known as Tesla Hill. This is where Nikola Tesla had his laboratory.

Besides being two blocks north of Memorial Park, the house is 4 blocks away from the Summer US Olympic Training Center.
The house is a 1.2-mile walk to the center of downtown (about 20 minutes). You can also be on one of the bike trails that connect through all of Colorado Springs within 4 blocks.
