Charming 3 bedroom cottage only steps away from a great L. Champlain sandy beach and popular Burlington bike path. Kid-friendly shallow water. Lake views, shady, grassy yard and handy lakeside deck added for 2026. Two double kayaks, open kitchen/great room. AC and heat. Wifi, Smart TV, DVD player. Affectionately called the "Sand Dunes," this little community is a short walk or bike ride from the Burlington bike path, Airport Park, and the Causeway. We have 4 older bikes on site, or you can rent them locally. People are friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Two separate porches are ideal for work calls. Linens included.
