In the 1800s the famed Fort Sherman was established by William Tecumseh Sherman the once famed General of the U.S. Army. The main home was built in the 1920s as it stands today. The home is a quaint reminder of the early history of Coeurdalene. Uniquely the original 1910 home still stands on the property although uninhabitable it's a cool reflection of what homes looked like over 100+ years ago. The plans are to restore that home in 2022! So stay tuned because it will be way cool to stay in too! The House is a 2 bedroom and two bath home. The downstairs master bedroom features a king bed with an on suite bathroom. The upstairs loft / second master feature two queen beds with an attached bath.
Located in North of Harrison, a neighborhood in Coeur d'Alene, this vacation home is near theme parks and in the mountains. Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course and Regal Riverstone are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Coeur d'Alene and Coeur d'Alene Parkway State Park. Coeur d'Alene Carousel and Kootenai County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
