Take the cooler along too and stock it with your favorite beverages and snacks. Walk in the white sand or just sit in the sun or under the umbrella and let the breeze blow in your hair! This condo is your home away from home and beachfront enjoyment at its best! You will feel like a king! Take a nap in the big King Size bed or watch the flat screen bedroom TV! Send the kids to their room to enjoy a movie on their flat screen with a DVD player! Nice comfy twin beds to have them sleeping soundly in no time! Or bring along your favorite couple and they can put the two twins together to make another King Size bed!
You can enjoy cooking your own home cooked meals with the well stocked kitchen or you can try some of the nearby restaurants, including a nearby breakfast and family style restaurant just a short walk from your door.
This condo has easy access since it is on the second floor. You can park near the stairs and run up a short flight of stairs and be right at your door. Or you can ride the elevator. This unit is near the pool and has a lovely pool view. You can sit on the balcony and watch the family swim. You can look out the sliding doors and enjoy the view while you recline on the sofa. Beautiful modern designer colors and beautiful greenery brighten up the interior!
The location is perfect! You can walk or drive to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the pier, or having a drink at the Tiki Hut at the end of the pier. The pier has 4 restaurants/bars. Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop along with other shops will help you pick out some exciting souvenirs to take along home!
There is a mall about 5-8 minutes drive away and some Outlet stores and Walmart and Target. Then Orlando is 45 minutes away with Florida Mall or Millennium Mall for a meal at the Cheesecake Factory. Don't leave without a visit to one of Orlando's famous Theme Park visits! The choices are endless even if you choose to just sit around all day on the beach!
Spanish Main Condominium is especially friendly to condo renters. The grounds are spacious an include a large heated pool that was recently refinished. It is absolutely beautiful and creates a most relaxing atmosphere! There is a large open space separating the complex from the road so you feel private on the grounds. Yet is close to walk to nearby hotels, restaurants and parks.
Outside near the pool is a charcoal grill that is available for your use. The beach walk-way has a shower and water hoses along with a bench to make it easy to go to the beach and come back and rinse off!
Located in Cocoa Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Shoppers can check out The Avenue Viera, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Cocoa Beach and Jetty Park. Check out an event or a game at USSSA Space Coast Complex, and consider making time for Brevard Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed.
