Space Rockets launch with great regularity--sometimes 2 in a single day! Walk through pool area, then about 30 sec across the dune walkway & your on the beach; just look to your left for lift off!!!

To the north take in an impressive tour of the Kennedy Space Center, including the jaw-dropping missile garden. Kick back on the famous Historic Cocoa Beach Pier after playing a few games of beach volleyball, or simply sip a cool one as you people-watch. Enjoy the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean from the luxury of your Queen Heavenly bed, or the 2 chaise lounges on the adjoining balcony where you can also see the comings-and-goings along the Banana River.

The master bath features a glass-enclosed full-size stand-up shower, and stretched double-vanity with room-length highlight-lit mirror. Ample bath/shower/soap samples/toothpaste, thirsty Bath & Hair Towels, wash clothes as well as cleaning supplies are all provided so all you need to bring is your toothbrush!

Dresser & walk-in closet with shelves & efficient hanging organizers will handle all your clothes--either fold up or hanging. Four stylish light weight bath robes are provided. While Florida is extremely casual, a steam iron and ironing board are provided.

GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The 2nd bedroom features a deluxe Stearns & Foster mattress on the double bed with a bunk single bed above, to satisfy two extra guests or children, who can enjoy the privacy of their own wall mounted TV with remote control for use with your Netflix or whatever service you use; this TV is not on Cable.
A desk with computer monitor, keyboard & mouse (for use w/ your laptop), complimentary High Speed Internet service & an all-in-one scanner/printer are available to print out boarding passes or an email, as you gaze out at yet another stunning view of the ocean, this being a northern view.

Full walk-in closet provide room for hanging clothes & organizers easily hold small hats & what-nots. A full supply of beach toys--sand drills, umbrellas, large beach towels, several sizes of flip-flops/beach shoes, 2 adorable pink alligator beach towel clips to secure your towels on your beach chairs or directly into the sand.

New lighted ceiling fan is powerful enough you don't need A/C! And a clothes hamper is also provided, along with a beautiful, beach tone, blue distressed 3 drawer wood dresser along with a second ample 6 drawer dresser.

Frisbees. boogie boards & other fun beach gear are all there in the bottom of the closet large plastic bin, for your sheer enjoyment. Various height beach chairs are provided for your use--2 of which are higher, for those with less-than-cooperative knees!

The 2nd/common bathroom is furnished with a full-size shower-bathtub and mirrored sink, tastefully decorated in apricot & white, with matching turtle & beach-themed towels aplenty. Again, soaps/shampoos/conditioner/toothpaste/moisturizer cream/Lysol sprays are all provided.

You have full use of a new Vitamix, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, 'Forman' grill as well as a full array of skillets, pots & pans, crock pot, cookie & pizza trays, salad spinner & even a Lobster Pot!

Tons of kitchen utensils, trays & cutting boards and of course, every size of glass, stemware, wine glasses, and plates and flatware make this feel like home.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:

A huge mirrored wall behind the couch gives you stunning ocean views from the living & dining room and even the kitchen. Full-length coffee table sits directly in front of couch to hold drinks and snacks & binoculars for dolphins.

Luxury Floating Plank Countryside Oak Gunstock flooring throughout makes clean up a breeze; 10 minutes with the Swifter and voila!

DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
Wooden table comfortably seats 6 people on padded wooden chairs. Long wall-mounted accent mirrors give a light and roomy feel. Pass through window from the kitchen help with easy access to hot food & clean up. Two elevated bar stools allow for catching a quick bite just off the kitchen pass through.

Unobstructed views of the sun rising over the ocean, sandy beach which stretches as far as you can see, and sunset views over the Banana River are spectacular. You can hit the highway for entertainment or stay at home--eat and relax. Restaurants--many providing delivery--and Putt Putt Golf are within walking distance as well as many shops; Its your choice--you can have it all! And the Space Rockets are launching so often, you'll likely catch several launches, either from my condo's entrance walkway or walk 1 minute across boardwalk to the beach for a spectacular view.
