Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Located in Cocoa Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cocoa Beach and Jetty Park, while Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and Brevard Zoo are popular area attractions. Golf-N-Gator and Dinosaur Store and Museum are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
