This stunning home has Six comfy bedrooms, allowing everyone to have their own personal space with a 4k smart TV. For those seeking rest and relaxation (Sun or Shade) we invite you to unwind in our professionally designed backyard, featuring an Amazing 35ft resort style swimming pool with tanning ledge, Jacuzzi and lounging areas. This backyard has it all... A 600 sq/ft covered seating area with cooling fans and barbecue, as well as an array of games to entertain guests. Some may opt to enjoy their time inside cuddled up on the leather sectionals in 1 of 2 large family rooms each equipped with an 86” 4k smart TV. For those looking to host and entertain, our Gourmet Chef's Kitchen features top of the line appliances, cutlery, and dining ware. The choice is what you want it to be!
And when the lights go down… it’s time to grab a drink, play your favorite tune on the Sonos System while taking a seat around the amazing outdoor firepit. At the same time, admiring the burning fire urns and pool lighting of your choice while gazing at the breathtaking, desert sky.
Great restaurants, golfing, shopping, gambling, etc… is all within a 15 min drive.

A smart home that allows for the pool to be heated to your desired temperature for $75 a day (heater runs with filter schedule at 85 degrees) and the spa may be heated at no cost. The house I-Pad will provide access to all the house controls.
