Fantastic Vacation Home spacious and centrally located, its a few minutes to Empire Polo Club, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Coachella Fest, Stage Coach Music Festival and all local Events; minutes from markets, gas station and drugstores. Get ready to spend a beautiful vacation with 14 family and friends in this stunning home ready to accommodate all of your needs in a stay.
Our home is serene and private, relax at the back yard around the large pool with LED light, spa and umbrellas, and a huge outdoor BBQ area with gas grill (It includes a courtesy tank of propane gas if you need more, it is up to you to fill it up). As the sun goes down kickback on the overstuff seating, there is room for everyone with lounge chairs cozy up next to the stone wall fireplace, one dining table for 6 people and one dining table for 4.
Inside of the home shows off an open concept, kitchen and dining room, with fully equipped kitchen features, porcelain counters, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burners stove with oven, perfect for cooking for a crowd, and basic dinning cooking and serving essentials for up to 8 people.
In the living room you can found comfortable sectional sofa, plenty of seating with a fancy pool table, football table and a large 75” Smart TV perfect for watching a big game.

Master bedroom: includes King bed, 50” Smart TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and private bathroom with tub.
Bedroom 2, 3 and 4: includes Queen bed, wall closet and ceiling fan.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 5: includes 1 Queen bed, 1 full bed, wall closet and ceiling fan.

Other Amenities: Wireless Internet. TVs include KING DOM APP (cable channels) and NETFLIX. High- quality linens, bath and pool towels. Fully equipped laundry room with washer machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, has parking for 2 cars inside the garage and 4 cars in the driveway.
Our house adapts to your comforts, no hidden charges that you do not need during your stay, check the season of your reservation, decide which extras suit your needs and create your budget. (We recommended use the extras in fall, winter and maybe spring season).
We need a notice of at least 1 day before to turn on the heater and it stays warm for 24 hours, a 2 night minimum is required last 2 nights of your reservation.

Located in Coachella, this vacation home is in the city center and next to a golf course. Empire Polo Club and Indian Palms Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Palm Desert Cross and Rancho Las Flores Park. South Jackson Park and Robin Hood Archery are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
