Trash days are on Fridays, if you can take the bin to the curb the night before and back in the night of that would be greatly appreciated.
There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers the gas bill to heat the pool. Please note that pool and spa heater cannot be used at the same time. Please no dogs in the pool.
A new jandy wall spa remote has been installed, the jacuzzi heat, jets and spa/pool lights can be operated on site.
If any house parties are held, a $150 fee will be assessed in addition to eviction.
The desert gets extremely windy. When not in use and overnight please keep umbrellas closed to prevent damage.
Small dogs only with a max of 2 dogs. Pet fees may apply. If dogs are not disclosed on the booking, and additional fee will be processed after check out.
No glassware allowed near the pool.
Landscaper comes every Monday morning.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.

Coachella is home to this vacation home. Coachella Valley History Museum and La Quinta Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Empire Polo Club and Indian Palms Country Club. South Jackson Park and Riverside County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting.
