This stately home offers an excellent option for the extended stay travelling professional or family. It is much larger, more spacious and offers far more ammenities than the competition. At over 2600 SF this home is extremely impressive with its vaulted ceilings, various Smart features and excellent pool with waterfall.

This home is only 10 years old and very much feels like a new home. The pristine kitchen boasts granite countertops, high end stainless appliances along with bright and clean modern stylings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and an excellent gas range.

The home features an open floor plan that connects the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The main living room is an excellent place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It is equipped with a 60" 4K Smart TV, powerful sound system and HIGH speed internet which allows you to stream cable TV and your favorite apps.

The bedrooms are all equipped with NEW comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home is set up to create the feeling that it is your home away from home, as opposed to you trying to fit into staying into someone else's home.

The house has a spacious shaded backyard with plenty of seating area. The backyard is perfect for relaxation and soaking in the sun and to let the kids (or adults) run around in the grass. The home has a Vegas-style pool complete with light and waterfall features. There is a firepit area and an XL sized BBQ.

There are 3 available garage parking spots that allow your car to stay out of the variable Fresno weather. There is a washer and dryer available for your use that can be found adjacent to the kitchen.

*Property is only rented out on a monthly basis. Monthly allotment for PGE (gas and electricity) is $300/month. Guest will be responsible for any amount over this.
