- No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property
- Pets: Dogs only, maximum of 2 dogs
- Dog Stay Fee: $75 for the 1st dog & an additional $25 for the 2nd dog
- Please do not allow dogs on any furniture, or in/on any bedding, blankets, or towels. Kindly respect this policy due to the owners’ wishing to maintain cleanliness from the wear and tear of animals & for those future guests who could be exposed to canine allergies.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Pacific City permit limits occupancy to 16 (not counting children ages 2 and under).
- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Located in Pacific City, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Tillamook Air Museum and Tillamook Naval Air Museum are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Tillamook Creamery and Lincoln City Outlets. Lincoln City Skate Park and Putt N Bat are also worth visiting. Kayaking and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.
