Open airy space reverse floor plan, vaulted ceilings, wood burning stonefaced fireplace. The kitchen is open & bright with natural light. Upper wood deck & Barbeque. Lower patio w/ enclosed hot tub. Firepit& sandbox for your outdoor get togethers.Plenty of room for family&friends! Furry ones too!!
The space
The Home is a REVERSED floor plan with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry on the first floor. The living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the wood deck are all on the second floor. There is a futon, a sofa pullout chair, a chaise lounge and a sofa in the living room for additional sleeping areas. If you have mobilty issues this probably isnt your place unless you can climb stairs.

The house has everything you need to make it your home away from home complete with a fully equipped kitchen including auto drip coffee maker & coffee grinder. There is a propane BBQ tables and chairs for the upper deck.
Under the deck We just added a NEW HOT TUB
to go with the new patio and bar area with stools, hot & cold outside sink & shower, fire pit (bring your own wood and marshmallow sticks), picnic table and a sand area complete with sand toys for kiddos.
We have a high chair, pack n’play with 2 sheet sets & games for little and big kids.

You can bring your well behaved dog for a $30 fee ( per Pet) but you must NOT leave the dog(s) locked in the house or chained up outside while you are away at anytime. Bring their own blanket/ bed and please keep them off the furniture. You are required to clean up immediately after them. Bring your own doggie bags and put them in the trash. The backyard is not fenced but the hot tub area is enclosed. It’s a good idea to keep them leashed as the public land behind the house is vast and has no borders and the beach is close so if they run they could easily get lost. Please make arrangement with me to add the pet fees on to your stay. Any unregistered animals will forfeit your security deposit and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This will be strictly enforced!!!

The 4 TV’s are all Roku with basic cable. You should be able to find a variety of programs or movies to watch. They are connected to internet so you can also connect toYOUR OWN Netflix, Hulu, YouTube or Amazon Prime if you want to use your own playlist. It’s easy to use turn the TV on and select the Roku app and search away. If you want to watch cable use the spectrum remote and select the HDMI 2 input from the main Homepage Roku screen. Sign in as a guest and out at the end of your stay. Please if you change anything on the WiFi or modem then set it back to where you started.

We are just a short walk to the Cape Kiwanda State Park for fishing, surfing, beach combing and there is a massive dune to climb. There are several restaurants, shopping and a public pool nearby ( passes $5 a day) or a short drive takes you to the grocery store, gas station, post office the farmers market and of course the rest of the quaint town of Pacific City. Tillamook and Lincoln City are both 30 minutes drive if you want to check out the Tillamook Cheese Factory, the Chinook Winds Casino or theTanger OutLet Mall. It's only 8 miles to SandLake Recreational Park if you want to bring your Sandrail or ATV.
Other things to note
If you are planning a party or event pre approval is required and we can make arrangements for the extra costs. Please be honest about the number of guests in your party and pay for the extra people. There are additional costs for cleaning and supplies etc...You will be required to supply the names and all vehicles that will be at the property. If you are found to have unregistered guests/ dogs you will be asked to leave immediately. This will be strongly enforced. If at the last minute you would like to add more guests please let me know and I will gladly add them onto your reservation.

Smoking allowed outside ONLY. Please remove your shoes.If you bring your Beach Toys please leave them outside in the parking area or on the deck. Please rinse off excessive sand outside and before showering or using Washer and Dryer. There is a a hose out at the garage ( opposite side of front door) for easyoutdoor sand removal.
Do not put heavy sanded items in the washer or dryer rinse off outside first.

We do have recording security cameras on the premises. They will be used during the checkin and checkout period. Once your complete party has checked in the cameras are turned off.

Located in Pacific City, this vacation home is near the beach. Tillamook Air Museum and Tillamook Naval Air Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chinook Winds Golf Resort and Putt N Bat. Traveling with kids? Consider Lincoln City Skate Park and Lincoln City Cultural Center. With windsurfing, motor boating, and surfing/body boarding nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
