Located in the Village of Cloudcroft. Within walking distance of Burro Street, Cloudcroft Brewery, Zenith Park and Mad Jacks. 3 miles to Ski Cloudcroft. 4 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of level off street parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a trailer. No parking in the street or blocking the dumpster. That’s located across the street. Deck has a gas grill. No personal gas grills or cookers-shall be brought onto property. No coolers brought inside the cabin. Please leave all coolers outside on the back deck. Do not bring coolers into the cabin or on front steps. Coolers are causing damage to concrete steps and damage inside the cabin. No processing of animals or fish on property. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors. No parties or loud music. No inside or outside smoking this includes marijuana. Garage not included in rental. Firewood is not provided. So please don’t borrow the neighbors firewood. Daytime guests will be counted as guests. If you have family or friends that are camping, staying at another property etc. and need to do laundry, shower or visiting but aren’t staying the night. They count as guests, and will need to be added to the booking. If unbooked guests arrive your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Outdoor cameras in use. Including doorbell. Do not remove dishes from the property. If you’re going to prepare food for a family reunion etc. that’s being held at another location. Please bring your own dishes to do so. By booking you accept the homeowners policies. Breaking of any rules will result in your reservation being canceled without a refund.
Located in Cloudcroft, this cabin is in the mountains. Cloudcroft Ice Rink and Cloudcroft Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Trestle Recreation Area and New Mexico Rails-to-Trails. Sacramento Peak Observatory and The Tunnel Stop are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating and sledding.
