This adorable little studio cottage is located in a private association with beach just 200 steps away! The property has one Queen size bed and sleeps 2 adults max. Accommodations include a fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, a Roku Smart TV with free wifi, air conditioning, a cute little deck with café table and chairs, and off-street parking for one car. Bed linens, towels and beach chairs are included. There is a maximum of two guests and one vehicle permitted at any time, this is not a place for entertaining. Located less than a two-hour drive from mid-town Manhattan and Boston, the area is perfect for hanging at the beach, long walks, bicycling, scenic drives, canoeing, kayaking, antiquing, outlet shopping, wineries and more.
Located in Clinton, this cottage is near the beach. RJ Julia Booksellers and Labyrinth are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Clinton Plaza Shopping Center and Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets. Stay and Play LLC and Saybrook Country Barn are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.
