The space is a thoughtfully furnished, well-equipped lower level of a home in a wooded, quiet, well-established North Cleveland neighborhood. Enjoy easy street parking, a private entrance, and contactless check-in. A perfect set-up for visiting your Lee student(s), checking out nearby Chattanooga or Knoxville, or adventuring at renowned Chilhowee/Ocoee recreation areas.
COMPLEMENTARY: Kitchen is stocked with snacks, drinks, coffee/tea, and all cooking and baking essentials.
Located in North Cleveland's desirable Sequoia Trails neighborhood: tucked away behind the Home Depot and Bradley Square Mall, right off of the ever-expanding Paul Huff Parkway, and just minutes from so many of Cleveland's restaurants and shopping. A short walk through the neighborhood lands you right at the entrance to the Greenway, Cleveland's beautiful, largely wooded/shaded walking and recreation path that runs along Mouse Creek and extends all the way to Lee University/downtown Cleveland.

Smart Fire TV is Alexa enabled and has all the apps you could desire so you can watch all your favorite content (Prime Video included).

Please note that the full bathroom utilizes a Saniflo System for both the toilet and shower, which means that a pump briefly engages after the toilet is flushed and periodically during a shower to expel water upwards through the drain. We have never found renters to be bothered by this, but we simply want you to be aware of this unique feature of the bathroom before booking.
Outdoor Security Camera Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests, security cameras have been installed on the property. One camera on front of home points toward main street, 2nd camera on side porch points toward side street (including AirBnb guest street parking for added guest security), and third camera mounted on back corner of house points toward backyard and patio. In the event of a situation, the cameras can be used to look back and view recorded video.
Cleveland is home to this vacation home. Create & Celebrate Studio and Museum Center at 5ive Points are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Tinsley Park and Tri-State Exhibition Center. B and B Marina and High Country Adventures are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and hiking nearby.
