SWISS 61 is a villa 3 Beds / 3 Baths / Pool / Jacuzzi . (OPTIONAL***Please for this unit you must choose if you want the Jacuzzi OR the heated pool rental - at an extra cost) . Enjoy a little piece of paradise, right in the middle of an orange plantation, surrounded by multiple lakes and a sublime golf course. An exceptional landscape who will delight you as a water skier, a golfer or simply an outdoor lover. It’s a luxurious and bright villa typically European decorated and fully equipped to accommodate until 6 persons. There is 1 master bedroom, queen-size bed, with a direct access to the patio and to a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub. There’s also 2 fully equipped bedrooms with 2 single beds in each of them with their independent bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large counter and plenty space to cook with numerous accessorizes. The kitchen is open on the dining room and the living room provides a view on the blue ocean infinity pool and the jacuzzi, so you can sit quietly on large couches and see a panoramic view on the lake and the golf course. You will also have the possibility to eat outside on a vast screened patio faced to the pool or on a terrace located in the front of the house, near the kitchen. For more cosiness, you have access to the wifi, television, hifi home cinema, dvd player...There is a washing machine and a dryer in the attached garage at your disposal. You will find in the resort or close by several possibilities for sports , shopping, relaxation, or many other activities for friends or family. The city of Orlando, with its famous amusement parks and restaurants, is only a 35 minutes car drive. If you want to discover Florida and feel like home, you are welcome to Floraline !

RENTAL OPTIONS:

The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Always remember to book lodging before flights!

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.

Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D

All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.

If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.

Check-In time is 5:00 pm.

Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.

NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.

TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES.
AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :
Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.
• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.
• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.
• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Green Valley Country Club and Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Louisa State Park and Oakland Nature Preserve. Watertoyz of Clermont and Sky Zone are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
