SWISS 56 is a villa 4 Beds / 4 Baths with salted Pool and Jacuzzi. OPTIONAL***To heat one or the other it is an additional cost. This home features a freshly painted exterior, providing a clean updated appearance and welcoming feel from the moment you pull in. Located on the Waterski resort and its 4 ski lakes surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, this spacious villa 56, located on Lake Denise with a magnificent view on the lake and golf, is furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned, a monitored alarm system and provides a living room, dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and everything you need to cook. 4 bedrooms with double master suites, with their private bathroom, 1 with shower and bath and the other with a double shower, 1 king bed, 3 queen beds. There is 3 large bathrooms in total. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers and blankets. There is also a patio with a large dining table, an indoor lounge with armchairs and chaises lounge, a gas barbecue grill rental - at an extra cost and a private swimming salted pool. Each room has its own TV and its DVD player, in addition to those in the living room and in the patio with multi channel cable package. Wireless internet access in villa. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) in the double car garage. Publix and Walmart Super Center are minutes away and about 30 minutes from Universal Studio, Disney World and Orlando's Airport. So, if you want to go water skiing, golfing, biking or relax, Villa 56 is definitely the best place to be !

RENTAL OPTIONS:

The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.
The Space:

Whether you are a keen watersports enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful place to relax or golf, we have something for you. Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions.

The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, a ski school room or visit us for the day. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. They have discovered our piece of paradise and we hope to welcome you soon.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Always remember to book lodging before flights!

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.

Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D

All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.

If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.

Check-In time is 5:00 pm.

Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.

NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.

TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES.
AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :
Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.
• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.
• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.
• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Located in Clermont, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Clermont Historic Village Museum and Presidents Hall of Fame are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Louisa State Park and Ferndale Preserve. Watertoyz of Clermont and Sky Zone are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
