This fabulous villa is located only 15 minutes (via new 429) from Walt Disney World. Near all other attractions!
Lovely and professionally maintained villa on a big lot and on a beautiful lake and wooded conservation area beyond. Large house (2300 square feet) has two master bedrooms, both with king-size beds and jacuzzi. The third bedroom is special for kids and has a bunk bed for kids pleasure. Perfect for two couples with their children. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Beds include two king-size, one full-size, three twins, and one sleeper sofa.
The home has a living room, family room, a formal dining area, and a breakfast nook. The family room has a 65-inch TV, a Dolby-Digital System and a Bluray-player. Extended Cable-TV is also provided. The villa has also a highspeed broadband internet-connection with a Wifi provided.
Big 9-foot by 40-foot, covered lanai with extended pool-deck including a barbecue grill. The fourteen-foot by 30-foot pool with spa overlooks the lake. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary housewares and appliances included a bis washer and dryer.

Clear Creek rental home community is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one- and one-half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall.
US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention! You will never run out of things to do and you will be only minutes away from your peaceful vacation home haven at Clear Creek.
Located on the waterfront, this villa is in Clear Creek, a neighborhood in Four Corners. Mystic Dunes Golf Club and ChampionsGate Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Disney Springs™ and Old Town.
