Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas add flexible sleeping space and keep the family room ready for movie nights or game-day gatherings. Ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and room-darkening shades throughout keep the interior cool and comfortable no matter the weather outside.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The primary master suite features a king bed, ceiling fan with remote, direct access to the pool and spa area, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and bidet. A second master ensuite also offers a king bed and private bathroom. A third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed (full over full) - ideal for younger guests. Every room includes a Smart TV and is stocked with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and quality clothing storage.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all on hand, along with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheets, wine glasses, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Cooking basics - oil, salt, pepper, pots, and pans - are included. Pull up a seat at the dining table inside or take meals al fresco at the outdoor dining area by the pool.

The private inground pool is available year-round, open 24 hours, and comes with pool toys for the kids. A private spa sits alongside it - both can be heated for an additional fee, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. The backyard is set up for long, relaxed afternoons: sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils make it easy to settle in. A private patio rounds out the outdoor space, and the pool view is hard to beat.

The dedicated game room - fully air-conditioned and equipped with its own Smart TV - brings the fun indoors with a pool table, ping pong table, and life-size games.
