Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites anchor the sleeping quarters. The primary master opens directly onto the pool area and includes a king bed, rain shower, bidet, and smart TV. The second master suite mirrors that comfort with its own king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a Toy Story-themed kids' room with two single beds and its own TV - a dedicated space little ones will love from the moment they arrive. The living room also features a queen-size memory foam sofa bed for added flexibility.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a built-in air fryer oven. A Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle are all on hand, along with cooking basics, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and a full set of dishes and silverware. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and breakfast is included with your stay - a welcome head start on busy park mornings.

The pool is maintained weekly, and a skimmer is available for guests should leaves or debris collect between cleans.
