Walking through the front door, you will be truly amazed by how spacious this 2000 square foot bungalow villa really is. You will not be disappointed with it's 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom layout. The master bedroom with access to the pool deck has a spacious ensuite bathroom containing his and her sinks. The 2nd master bedroom is with access to a full bathroom that accesses the pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms also have access to a full bathroom.
Enjoy the pool under the gorgeous Florida sunshine and/or relax in the hot tub. You can access the pool deck from 3 sets of double french doors throughout the villa or from bathroom. The covered Lanai is accessible from the master bedroom and dining area allowing you find plenty of shade to relax under on any sunny day. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave that gives you a full view of the dining room, living room and pool deck area. The kids always love spending time in the games room as it provides the opportunity to play pool/billiards and shoot some hoops. If while on vacation you unfortunately require to perform some laundry, don't worry we have you covered with a washer and dryer. (Pool heating is not included. Additional $35.00 usd per day). Noted Upgrades - 2024 New couches, new memory foam mattress toppers, walls and doors newly painted - 2022 New carpet, LVP and baseboards installed throughout the home, new dishwasher, new roof - 2021 New furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, pool pump, pool heater, new toilets, new kitchen sink and faucets. This home is located in the Orange Tree community not far from Hwy US-192 and the Hwy US-27. You will find various restaurants and shopping north and south of Orange Tree such as Publix, Domino's Pizza, McDonalds and Wawa 1 miles/1km - Walmart, Lowes, Chilli's, Starbucks, CVS, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken - 3 miles/6km, Outback, Longhorns, Roadhouse, Olive Garden - 7 miles/12km, and many many more that are all enroute to and from all major attractions.
Distance to Attractions - New Electrified Expressway State Road 516 coming soon. This highway is being built 2 miles north of Orange Tree giving instance access to SR 429. Quicker access to Disney and Universal without having to travel the US 192.
