For nature lovers, this gorgeous property is located in a gated community just down the road from the main complex of the Swiss Waterski Resort. With a large, secluded and completely fenced in backyard, this pet-friendly stunning three-bedroom pool home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac tucked into an oasis of privacy and nature! The tropical landscape and private back garden offer bountiful enjoyment for birdwatchers and exquisite nightly sunsets! Enjoy soaking up the Florida sunshine at the west facing, infinity edge pool! Enjoy the sun loungers and outdoor seating at the water’s edge. Waterskiing and golfing are on-site, and the Orlando theme parks are only 40 minutes away.
The large screened-in lanai offers plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for family gatherings and entertaining. Be ready to relax and enjoy this peaceful setting! A propane BBQ is included for guest use. There are two bicycles available in the garage for your enjoyment. Be sure to check out the nearby local trails that Lake County offers cyclists, runners and dog-walkers!
The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen peninsula has seating for three. The adjoining dining area seats eight comfortably with an expandable table. There are two master suites each with a smart TV, its own private full bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet room. Both open up to the pool area and lanai. One has a king bed and the other a queen bedroom. The queen bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. The twin bedroom also has a full bathroom attached with a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet. This home has a brand new washer and dryer in the garage along with a drying rack for ski and exercise gear and ample room for parking a golf cart or a vehicle. The huge front yard is equally lush and has a sizable area for playing games, a basketball hoop and room for parking several vehicles.
If interested, schedule a ski set with one of the onsite waterski outfitters - Swiss Ski School, MC Skis or the nearby Jack Travers Water Ski School.

Notes:
Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. Please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'. Located in Clermont, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Clermont Historic Village Museum and Citrus Tower are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Green Valley Country Club and Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club.
