We have a relaxing Lake Hartwell family home with 6 bedrooms. We are 1 mile to downtown Clemson and 2 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium. While there are hills, my family and I have walked home from many games to avoid traffic. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our full-time home, but we temporarily move out so that our rental guests can enjoy all that Clemson offers. Please be mindful that this home is not a party rental. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.
Our home sits on Lake Hartwell and we have a gradual slope that allows easy access to swim. There is a large deck on the back porch and a detached screened-in summer house for relaxing in the evenings. You can not beat a Clemson sunset! Please contact us for more specifics or if you have questions. We would be happy to help.

*We have an older outdoor cat that NEVER comes in the home. He usually disappears when there are guests. We do ask our renters to help us by pouring some cat food in the container while they are visiting.

Located in Clemson, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Sloan Tennis Center and Walker Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Hartwell and Larry W. Abernathy Waterfront Park. South Carolina Botanical Gardens and Brooks Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Kayaking, motor boating, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
