This bungalow offers a terrific location!! The Intracoastal "Edgewater Drive" is a two-block walk from the house..... a wonderfully inspiring way to start the day or end it with a world-famous Gulf Sunset. Pinellas Trail is two blocks from our house (bike/walk/run). The space
Access thru screen door to front porch. Enter thru storm door into the office/sand room (shoe rack is here). Office flows into the living room and 1/2 bath, which connects to the hallway containing the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. Off of this hallway is the kitchen (enjoy the stainless-steel appliances , quartz countertops, and Culligan Water Cooler (cold and hot water---- great for hot tea). Kitchen then flows out onto your private deck, from which you can access the outdoor recreation area with all amenities (grill, pergola, sun chairs, dining table w/ umbrella, etc.....).

You have access to all areas inside/outside of La Casita II.
North Greenwood, a neighborhood in Clearwater, is home to this vacation home. Splash Harbour Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches and Clearwater Beach. SimCenter Tampa Bay and Pier 60 are also worth visiting.
