This 3-bedroom lakefront home on Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake, CA is built for groups who want direct water access, outdoor living space, and the freedom to bring their own boat using the home's private boat ramp.
THE HOME
Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home is thoughtfully laid out for group stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed. The living room includes a sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook in after a full day on the water, and the dining area keeps the group together at mealtimes. A washer is available on-site, which fishing groups and multi-day guests will especially appreciate. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, as well as street parking.
The home is equipped with an evaporative cooling system (also known as a swamp cooler) to help keep the interior comfortable during warmer months. Please note that evaporative coolers work best in dry climates, and cooling performance may be reduced during periods of high humidity.

Clear Lake is renowned as the Bass Capital of the West, drawing anglers from across California and beyond for largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and bluegill. The lake's warm, shallow waters also make it ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. Guided fishing charters operate throughout the season for groups of any experience level. Konocti Vista Casino Marina serves as a central hub for bass fishing tournaments throughout the year, including stops on the WON Bass circuit and American Bass Association events.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
