As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring cedar ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable sectional, and a 60” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with a gas fireplace, gas firepit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and a large hot tub with seating for 8.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts premium stainless steel appliances, granite counters, 8 burner wolf range, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4.

* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, gas fireplace, and a luxurious en-suite private bath with a spa inspired tile shower, large soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an en-suite private bath with a tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor master has a queen bed, baby crib, smart TV, and an en-suite private bath with a tile shower.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 6 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
**This home is not pet friendly, but the owner does have a dog that has been in the home.

Located in Cle Elum, this vacation home is in a rural area and next to a golf course. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Yakima River Wildlife Area and Teanaway Valley Wildlife Area, while Carpenter Museum and Telephone Museum are cultural highlights.
