You and your guests will enjoy relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a large flatscreen TV, floor to ceiling ledgestone gas fireplace, and soaring 25 foot cathedral ceiling. Just outside the great room is an expansive outdoor entertainment patio overlooking the golf course.

The chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, walk-in pantry, additional prep sink, and a 6 burner gas stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for fantastic in home meals.

The kids will enjoy all the fun cabin amenities, including the heated garage game room that features Ping Pong, shuffleboard and a tabletop arcade game loaded with 140 games. Upstairs is a spacious bonus 6th bedroom that includes a large sectional couch, a flat screen TV, games, kids' books and toys, and a DVD library. This is a great spot for the young ones to hang out and enjoy themselves before bedtime.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **
