It doesn’t get more private and luxurious than this! Gracious open floor plan with gourmet fully stocked kitchen and high-end appliances and decor. French doors lead to the wrap-around covered patio. Floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the frequent visiting wildlife. An outdoor enthusiast's dream, great hiking with expansive views and miles of year-round recreational multi-sport trails right out the front door. 30 minutes to the pass for any skiers.
The space:
Access to snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sled hills, snowmobiling, and UTV trails.
The rural Granite Creek neighborhood is private yet close being only 8-10 minutes from the freeway, the award-winning Sun Country Golf Course, and 9 Iron Bar & Grill.
Explore the quaint towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum in 15 minutes. There you will find FUSED where you can do glass-making fun for groups, Heritage Distillery for tastings, boutique shopping, and of course the iconic Brick and Roslyn Cafe. Shop the beautiful Roslyn Farmers Market in the summer months and listen to live music on the lawn in the middle of town. You can also find wine tastings, breweries, shopping, and local favorites Cle Elum Bakery, Gemini Seafood Market, and Owens Meats all in Cle Elum. Live music is offered at different venues in town along with plenty of weekend events.
Parking is plentiful with a roundabout driveway.
**Hot tub access is weather-dependent based on recent snowfall/snowdrift. Snow shovels are provided for use during your stay.
We find the 6 loft beds work best for children although adults can and have slept there. It is 2 sets of 3 single bunks in a small room.
Other things to note:
*AWD or 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months, which can last until April at an elevation of 2500+ feet.*
*You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your party during your stay.
*Max of 2 dogs for a fee. No other animals are allowed due to owner allergies.
*Anything left behind that needs to be mailed back will be a $25 charge minimum.
*There is one security camera and it is located over the front outdoor parking area.
Located in Cle Elum, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Yakima River Wildlife Area and Lake Easton State Park, while Carpenter Museum and Telephone Museum are cultural highlights. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
