This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests to spread out comfortably throughout 3,400 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends searching for a rejuvenating escape to the mountains.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Upper floor master suite with a king bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bath.
* Upper floor guest bedroom with a queen bed.
* Upper floor bunk room with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds.
* Full guest bath just outside the queen bedroom and bunk room.
* Lower floor king bedroom with a large smart TV. This bedroom is supported by a full bath just outside the bedroom door.
* Lower floor bonus room with a full over bull bunk bed.
* The main floor is equipped with a half bath.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 3 cars in the driveway. Overflow parking lots are available in Suncadia.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
